FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers, including the ones about what we don't do.

What is LynkBack?

An early-access marketplace for disclosed sponsored placements. Publishers set the rules and prices; advertisers, and the AI agents they authorize, buy within them. It is pre-launch.

Can an AI agent buy placements?

That is the design. Agents will search listings, request quotes and make offers through scoped accounts with spend limits and optional human approval, and publishers still approve every placement. The API is in development.

Will it improve my rankings?

We make no promise about rankings. Every paid link has a visible sponsored label and carries rel="sponsored" (or nofollow). We do not claim link equity, and results are never guaranteed.

Do you sell dofollow links?

No. We do not sell undisclosed links, offer dofollow for paid placements, manipulate any third-party score, or guarantee SEO results.

What does it cost?

Publishers set their prices. LynkBack charges 15% of the placement price and the publisher keeps the rest. The WordPress plugin is free. Taxes and processor costs are itemized where they apply.

Who can join, and where can publishers be paid?

Our goal is that any verified website owner with English-language content can apply. Supported payout countries are to be confirmed with our payments provider, and we will tell you before you onboard.

How do payments work?

Placements are paid by card through a regulated provider. AI agents can pay for instant API queries in USDC via x402. We do not offer crypto escrow for placements.

Where do the quality numbers come from?

Third-party providers, such as Ahrefs Domain Rating, shown where our licence allows, with source and date. They are estimates, not a Google score. Missing data is shown as unavailable.

How is content checked?

Rules first, then an advisory risk check, then a human for gray areas. Publishers approve placements by default and can pause everything instantly.

What if a publisher removes a link early?

Placements are monitored for the paid term. If a link is confirmed removed, the publisher has 72 hours by default to restore it, then the plan is a pro-rata refund or credit, subject to final terms.

Do you have customers or case studies?

Not yet. We are pre-launch and recruiting pilot participants. We will publish measured results only once we have them.
